Co-founders, Steve Wester & Hugues Gagnier owe their careers and the main inspiration behind the IN-CONTROL driver safety programs, to a few chance encounters and discussions with triple F1 World Champion and renowned safety advocate, Sir Jackie Stewart.

Their years of experience come from all facets of the demanding world of auto racing.  A world that requires

from its people to communicate & execute efficiently,
to clearly understand the financial implication of a program, to represent companies and their brands,
and to use teamwork to deliver results both on and

off the circuits.
